057/365 – Snow Cook Man

This is a snow man that I just did. I saw the bunch of snow, put my boots and jacket on, headed out to the balcony, and built this on top of a small BBQ.

Our neighbor was doing a more elaborate snow man. I didn’t have the chance to take a picture of it but it was funny; it was sitting on a chair, had a mushroom nose and it was holding a spoon.

051/365 – Sushi Lover

To celebrate Alex’s birthday, we went out to Babylon to eat sushi, one of the coolest restaurants in Long Island, specially because the owners are Japanese-Brazilians. They’re from São Paulo and it’s nice to speak with them in portuguese. We had a wonderful night, great sushi with great friends =)
The picture of today is one of the owners of the restaurant, I like to watch while they’re preparing the sushi, their concentration and expressions are very interesting. I also wanted to show the sushi, that’s why I combined the two pictures.

050/365 – Blokus Love

This is a heart made with the tiles of the Blokus game.
We really love this game; normally we play with my sister but now that she’s living far away and we can’t wait till we go there to play, we decided to get one for ourselves. We also got “Things” and a new version of “Clue”. Game night anybody?
