The Ebony Hillbillies came on July 25th with a lot of energy and made everybody dance. This was one of my favorite concerts, a lot of laughs, dance and excellent rhythm.

This is one of my favorite story images. Could you tell me what is your favorite part of this story?

I really enjoyed photographing this event.
Go to Ebony Hillbillies‘ website to listen to their music.

I’m three weeks behind and the concerts are better and better each week at Live at the Gantries.
First we had the Beets, then the The Ebony Hillbillies that left everybody asking for more and this week we had Gamelan Orchestra- Yowana Sari that also created a great show.
Enjoy the pictures and post your comments at the end. I’ll be posting the next two shows very soon!
Enjoy The Beets:

One of the coldest night for Live at the Gantries but we still made it to listen to Opera Collective and LIC Jazz Alliance.
We got some dramatic shots, please enjoy =)
Opera Collective
Starting with solos
After sunset LIC Jazz Alliance started with some nice jazz
Even with the cloudy and cold night they were kids playing around

Hope you’ve enjoyed the pictures

Last week in Long Island City, under a beautiful sunset we enjoyed another concert of Live at the Gantries with Andy Statman.
People enjoying the jazz of this clarinetist, combining the soul of Jewish music with American roots music.
Andy Statman also delighted us with his mandolin:
Here’s the rest of the Andy Statman’s group:
Once again people had a lot of fun at the concert.

Thanks once again to Live at the Gantries for giving us such great music and entertainment.
